I think I may need to repot Thranduil in a bigger pot. He starts to look slightly droopy every 4-6 days and when I check on him, his soil is crazy dry. He has gotten pretty big since I got him last year and he’s growing A LOT this summer.

I am convinced that the biggest drama queens in my plant family are my Calatheas. They constantly fight for my attention, and when I dont give them exactly what they want, they sulk for weeks or invite spider mites over to party. Today, they all got a shower and were doust with some "Sexy Plant Juice" spray. My Pinstripes currently are the Queen B's with my Orbifolia a close second. #Howarethesebeginnerplants?

I’ve been in Bayview, Michigan from the 6th to the 10th for a 50th family reunion and in South Haven, Michigan at my sister’s from the 10th until tomorrow. Took some pictures of plants she has in her yard. Also she collects giraffes so I’ve included them. So much green and giant trees! Took the golf cart down to Lake Michigan and was saddened by the erosion so took some pictures of that🫣

So I started some of these buddies for my mum, her veggie garden goes crazy yearly. We grew up gardening and growing some fruit trees and now she’s down to this! But I love her garden. 🪴 🪏 I think she’s got an amazing green thumb. 👍 then bottom watering at my house in my dog pool! 😂
