Murderous Cat & Terracotta Haul 😫🥰 There was a near tragedy when I came home to find my resident terrorist Kakashi (his unapologetic photo below) had attacked my big basket of succulents 😫 (didn’t get a pic in my moment of horror) They were scattered everywhere along with the soil and lots of fallen leaves! Raided my mom’s collection, and a little bit of thrifting saved the day with this amazing terracotta haul, and I was able to repot what I could, and making my first attempt ever at propagating! Wish me luck! 🤞🏼 Anyone else have a destructive pet working against them?? I did some planty chores today that I've been putting off and I'm noe feeling great about finally accomplishing it 😆. Repotted my previously outdoor #goldenpothos and #rubbertree so they can come inside for the winter and still leave room to quarantine my remaining outdoor plants that need to come inside. And repotted a #jadepothos and #pothosnjoy that I got as single vines over a year ago and propped using the pinning method.

end of summer blooms ✨🌿🌸🌱 I love starting my mondays with gorgeous flowers around every corner ! It truly makes the Monday scaries, disappear 🤭 my mom brought home three new orchids 🫣 they are gorgeous to look at but they make me so nervous, my mom tends to overwater/over love things but she did fairly good with our last one, which is actually still alive in our greenhouse outside, but no blooms on it. If anyone has any care tips for overwintering or just keeping it alive till it blooms again! Please enlighten me! I I will say it has been a very busy weekend/week so far, getting things together for the winter, I built a shelf painted it, got new grow lights, and even got plant mail (pic 3) from my new plant pen pal ! @Lifeis2short 🤗🌸🌿💌 (she’s getting hers soon guys don’t worry) Now all that’s left is to make some room for my new (very large and heavy) Shelf! The best part was I didn’t have to pay a dime, I had some wood 🪵 donated to me for the cause, as well as some leftover paint. I did have to go buy some grow lights but anything to make my plant babies happy! 🥰 I also rewarded myself with two new plants, since I finally have more room for them (pillow foot crinkle leaf & a crassula I can’t remember the name right this second. 😉 #PlantShelfie #GrowLights #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #PlantMail #WinterIsComing #PlantAddict #diy

Well as some of you know I’ve been out of shelf space, and winter is coming which means I need MORE SHELF SPACE! I wanted to buy a shelf, but my funds right now weren’t allowing it. I know there are some cheaper options.. but I decided why not just build one so I can have all the features I want in one shelf. A friend of mine donated some brand new wood & my boyfriend had the other tools required 🛠️ so today we started putting it together 👷🏻‍♀️👷🏻‍♂️💕🌱 we’ve gotten most of it together, just a few things left like putting the shelves in, sanding, & painting ! We were able to make the shelves removable so that way when I move it, it’s not too heavy and it’s much easier to clean, (we added a small piece of wood under the shelf board so we can slide it in & out easily). I’m so excited & very lucky to have a boyfriend that supports my plant addiction/hoard ! I can’t wait to get my plants into their new condo 🤭🪴💕✨🌱 •I also need some new grow lights, preferably something that can sustain succulents and can be mounted to the shelf. #PlantAddict #PlantShelfie #DIYPlanter #ReadyForWinter
