I just read online that banana water is great for helping peace lilies bloom beautifully. Place the banana peel in a closed jar filled with water for a few days. Supposedly, the potassium water is great for blooming! Has anyone ever heard of this! 🤔

Some of the leaves are turning yellow. Also if hasn't 'flowered', is it possible that I trimmed the stalk too much?

I need help with my Peace Lily.

I’ve just changed my peace lily into a water pot, with clay pebbles. I think it will grow more, because I’m looking for lots of growth, hope it works :)

Happy Monday #GregGang! Just thought I’d share one of this weekend’s learning experiences with my plant family… I know some of you can relate to the issues with the orange bags of soil this year that ultimately required me to transplant everything I potted around summertime (😒) with the exception of my #PeaceLily who, despite the bad soil, has been very happy in the pot and the spot where she’s lived for ~6 months. Yesterday I noticed a ton of #NewGrowth 🌱✨ while I was watering her, but it was packed together pretty tight and in my attempt to give her some breathing room I inadvertently disturbed a gnat habitat… 🦟🤦🏻‍♀️ I mentioned this Sevin spray previously and thankfully had some! A couple mists + a lot of dexterity as I carefully swabbed the inner stems and undersides of each leaf (probably not necessary—it’s a “me” thing 😂) and she’s renewed!
