Repot or not?

Is this normal? The tips of my Chinese Fan Palm are dry and crispy to the touch. I think he is getting too much sunlight. Should I turn him?

Anything wrong with my palm? He looks good but if it looks like I’m doing anything wrong let me know.

Chinese Fan Palm randomly dying

I brought my Chinese fan palm home last week and it was standing up looking gorgeous! But now all of the leaves are starting to droop dramatically. Any idea what the issue is/how to fix? Plant gets direct sun, water once a week, in a plastic pot. Thanks!
