It’s out of control!! How do I help it?

My plant has a black leaf on it, Ana some at the new leaf are turning black as well. Help!! What should I do??

Not sure what’s going on with this Monstera it’s getting new leaves, but some light green with brown on the edges

I'm not sure what i did wrong. My monstera was thriving and pushing out new leaves often. Then i decided to repot him into chunky soil and a clear pot. The roots were compacted and wouldn't fit j the new pot so i removed as much old soil as possible (i had to repot him multiple times because he was leaning out the pot about to fall over.) So after some research i decided to repot him again and add a moss pole. Now i see yellowing some leaves and even more brown spots on the stems. I think i should just not touch him for a long time and hope for the best. #HappyPlants #MonsteraMob #helpneeded
