Moved this baby outside after I noticed black mold like spots on him and apparently that I didn’t have time to clean at the time… BUT it’s a little too hot outside for him. After a huge trim of burned pinchers and a scrub down of soap to get what I am suspecting was black mold .. although open for discussion I think he’s cleaned up pretty good now. I didn’t take a before picture but you can see the spot in his profile! Please check it out! He will stay hanging in my shower for about two weeks before I put him back in my room where I originally wanted him!

I have the plant next to my window in the kitchen in Iceland. I was wondering if it could be too cold for it there because the temperature averages around 10°c

I just wanted to share how much my Nepenthes has grown! When I got it in February it was shorter than the wooden stake you can see in the picture. Nepenthes can’t handle growing pitchers?

I got this plant a week ago and now some of the pitchers are turning brown

My pitcher plant was doing great when I got it. Then I cooked in a heat wave. Now it has no pitchers. It has a couple buds on it but I can’t tell if they will inflate. Does anyone know how to tell if they will inflate?

My original nepenthes I got from Wellspring Gardens on Amazon is throwing in babies. I have these two from a while ago and two new ones coming in!
