Hey, i would like to ask is it necessary to put the butterwort Pinguicula "Wesser" in dormancy in winter or not?

Hello, I bought my plant a week ago and almost all leafs have fallen. I feel the soil was too humid but I'm a bit lost Any ideas?

Look at this little cute flower on my ping!
