I think I may have repoted it in to big of a pot, this is me putting back in its former pot. It’s been like this for 2 weeks now. Help please

How do I prop a leaf from her to make a new plant?

When the flowers die off do you cut the stem right back ? What kind of fertilizer would I use. Thanks

I currently have my African Violet in a shot glass of water and it’s doing well. I want to plant it in soil (self watering pot). The pot has a wick. Is this a good choice?
