What succulent is this?

#StringOfFishHooks This plant is driving me crazy🤪 It once was full and pretty, until it started dying from the top soil area. So I figured try to prop. I wrapped and pinned what was left. #NewGrowth is happening! But... I noticed some of the teeny tiny leaves shooting off the sides of the main stems are dried up?! Any advice or help is much appreciated! For a good laugh, look at the picture of what he used to look like🙈 #HappyPlants #stringofthings

my plant is not that full. it also has a few stems that are really long but have no leaves and a lot of the leaves shrivel up :(

My plant dropped all its leaves in the middle of the stem awhile AFP and they haven't grown back. The leaves at the bottom and the top look healthy but the plant just looks a bit wonky. 😂 Any ideas or suggestions on chopping it and propogating the top half? #PropagationStation
