Wrinkly lil bean — too much or not enough water? #PropagationStation

Are these signs of under watering or something more serious like root rot?

SHE HAS ARRIVED!! After a long and arduous wait for my precious darling to arrive, she’s finally here!! This is my new #HoyaKrohnianaSplash from the Etsy store GreenthingsNstrings. Everyone should go check them out, it’s a beautiful plant and I’m pretty sure she has a bunch of others you can buy!! I’ll put the link in a comment. 😊 Pictures- part of the packaging (I took about 3 layers off before it, so it was perfectly packaged), the plant after I first unwrapped it, and the plant after a protectional pest bath (though I didn’t see any when I checked. My Hoya has yellowing on the leaves

My guess is scales, but it appears to be only a few leaves

I have had this plant for several years now and I don’t think it has put on more than maybe two leaves but it also hasn’t lost any and has never bloomed. Is that normal or do I need to do something to encourage more foliage and blooms? Thank you!

My Hoya callistophylla was my favorite Hoya. Until this one arrived. Hoya clemensiorum. It’s so Jurassic looking and huge leaves. I just love admiring it.
