Hey! So I got this gorgeous plant from my neighbor. But it needs to be repotted really bad, does it need to drain? I’ve found mixed answers. Thank you!!

what are these orange-brown spots on my tree philodendron?

Does this plant shed leaves often

Can anyone tell me what these orange spots are on the leaf? They are on a few leaves.

I’ve had this plant for only a month and some of the leaves got sunburned before I got it inside. What is the best way to trim out the dead leaves? Do I cut at the base of the plant? Also, should I tie up the heavy leaves so they are not falling?

It looks like my plant is growing a flower 😊

Anyone have any ideas to help my poor plant? The leaves keep browning and falling. I had it placed further away from a window, but moved it closer to see if it was the lighting. It doesn’t seem to have made a difference. 😞
