How come some of the leaves r curled-too much light-not enough or too much water??

My leaves are wrinkly!

I received Scarlett in her current condition. I’ve noticed a few new sprouts coming up but I’m concerned about the bare vine. Should I cut that back to help her grow? Would now be a good time to repot her?

Used to be very happy and grow quickly. I cut it back (picture of where I cut) and now it’s not growing at all and bottom leaf is yellowing. What did I do wrong? I leave soil until it is dry to touch then water. Thank you!
