What type of aloa Vera is this

This was listed as an aloe rauhii “white fox”. But it doesn’t look like anything that comes up. Either way this beauty has exploded outside. It’s in a 4in pot. Should I pot up soon? Should I remove the dead parts?

Help! The leaves of my aloe vera look a bit curled up. She gets water around once every two weeks, and gets 1-2 hours of sun daily (when there is some 😅) through the window. What’s wrong?

Is this actually a cape aloe? Cape aloe was the closest plant I could find in the app’s options that looked like mine. Very new to the plant game, thanks for the help!
