Why is my neon pothos thinning and not growing?

I have small black flies in mine, how to I get rid of them

Decided that Neo needed to come up for some air so he could breathe a little better. When I adopted him last summer he was wrapped around a sort of totem pole; now he’s free to fly whichever way he chooses. When I lifted him out of the pot I noticed that all of the plants were separated at the roots, so I expect that now since they have more room maybe they will flourish. 🤞🏾🌱🪴💙💖

I just wanted to share how happy I am with the growth of this plant!! It is LOVING this spot on my window sill!

Not much growth since I got it, and possibly dry symptoms? The base of the leaf stem that connects to the main vine has crispy sides. Leaf tips brown.

This baby looks like she got a little sunburn. The app told me he would like direct sunlight, but maybe not so direct🤔

What are the best ways to take care of this? Light, water, pot.. I’m using them for a chameleon.
