Any cause for concern?

Should I chop and prop? I’m doing my normal springtime check over, and I really want this baby to be fuller in the pot. Is it worth the risk to chop the vines halfway and propping them? I’m going to put them back in the pot once they’re rooted, I know they root real fast.

I tried to use the identifier and I keep getting avocado and jade pothos.. I'm not sure how to take care of it if I don't know what this young lady is. She was a gift.

Dose anyone know why the small leaves are dried out and dead and the one that has turned yellow? I’m very confused:/

Plant finally getting sunlight but only regrowing at ends.
