Philodendron 'Imperial Orange or Prince Orange?

Leaves have yellow spots which turn brown then the leaf dies. I have repotted tge plant and decreased watering frequency, it has new growth but even newer leaves are affected by yellowing. Could tgis be some type of fungus?

Any recommendations?

A few weeks ago, Des Moines area plant stores did a fun Plant Hop event, and one of the stores had an "everything you can fit in the box for $50" sale, and I got a pretty exciting haul with lots of plants that have been on my list (and a few new ones!). They're rooted cuttings, and they all have been so healthy! Anyway, I finally got around to repotting the last few this weekend! I was so excited to see the new stem growth in the Philodendron bipennifolium (horsehead philodendron)! I am really excited to watch this one grow. I am thinking of doing a thin pole vs a moss poll, but haven't decided. Any tips? The app is telling me to fertilize and I don't know how. I have no way to measure the fertilizer
