Not growing leaves falling off

Just wanted to show off my #rubberplant We got it in not great shape last year and I’m not joking it has quadrupled in size in under a year! This is the plant that has inspired my new plant hobby. 🙂 #HappyPlants #NewGrowth #

Should I cut these off from the base of the trunks? I believe they are called “suckers”? #

My rubber tree plant is droopy and the new leaf won’t uncurl

Bought this a couple of days ago from Menards and some of the leaves are curled up like this. Any idea why? Will they flatten out or should I chop these off?

Replanting a fresh cut start

Repotting day has finally come! I need to get a bit more dirt to top them off, but I think Max and Max Jr. will be much happier in new dirt that can actually soak up water, some fresh fertilizer, and a much needed haircut. For reference, Max lives in an office and hasn't gotten a refresh or any real care outside of watering in years. The dirt was so compacted that while Max was rootbound, he still had plenty of space in his home once I cleared out the dirt and pulled Max Jr out, there is a solid 1-2" all the way around the rootball. I made two props for the office, took two branches home and sent one home with a coworker. #RepottingDay #OfficePlants #rubbertree
