Howdy! I got this money tree a few months ago and overall she seems happy. She's consistently grown in size. I've noticed these cut outs on her leaves. I've looked for bugs and can't find anything. Any help is appreciated!

Hope I’m doing this right. Just got this a few weeks ago but came with all dead leaves. Any suggestions on how to properly care for it.

Potential spider mites? Only wanted to confirm because I haven't seen spider mites infest stems before, I only assumed they went after the leaves. I'm about 98% sure this is a spider mite issue but wanted to double check. Bottom of the leaves show nothing
