My leaves keep turning brown and falling off

My variegated rubber plant is browning. Any tips?

I’ve lost a lot of my bottom leaves, any tips on how I can stop it looking top heavy?! My bottom leaves keep going brown, I think that may be due to inconsistent watering but with this new app I’m hoping that’ll stop 😣. New plant girly, any help appreciated! #NewPlantMom #rubbertree

So guys I have a bad news, my variegated rubber tree become almost dead, so I cut it and propagate. This is my first fail. I hope the cuttings will grow roots. If somebody needs a good video about ficus propagation just ask #rubberplant #variegatedplants #variegatedrubbertree #ficus
