My triostar stromanthe has had its leaves curled up tight for two months

I just adopted a baby Triostar and my main questions are how should I dilute worm castings (if I even need to) and how can I prevent spider mites from infiltrating my plant

My Triostar is one of my most challenging plants. How come most if not, all of my leaf ends burn?

Anyone know what happened?

Brown tips on leaves - thoughts?

This plant has been bad since I got it, all of the leaves have gone crispy and brown, they never stand up, it’s had a new leaf come out but it’s been like that for a while now and the tip of that has started to go brown. What’s happening?

How can I help her? A lot of burnt edges.
