Hey everyone, so I’m wanting to buy a Barrina grow light for my monstera deliciosa. What specs are most important in a grow light for these guys?

I’ve had this plant since about December and it’s grown an Ariel root and a new leaf since then trying to get a moss pole to encourage climbing any other ideas for how to take care of it better?

What can I do with aerial roots?

I just got him today. There are lots of roots coming out and yellowing leaves. What are my next steps please. Don't mind the fireplace, it is set to lights only.
