Separate or no?

Hey everyone, so I’m wanting to buy a Barrina grow light for my monstera deliciosa. What specs are most important in a grow light for these guys?

I’ve had this plant since about December and it’s grown an Ariel root and a new leaf since then trying to get a moss pole to encourage climbing any other ideas for how to take care of it better?

So… I noticed some yellowing. So I put my plant outside for some sun under my gazebo. Unfortunately, too much sun! And some leaves got burned. 😱 A few days after, the other leaves are turning yellow. What can I do to help my plant? 😰

Small leafs from the bottom are drying up and dying. There is also dry big spots on some big leafs. Dose anyone know why?

My Monstera, Anne is sad and I cannot for the life of me perk her up and get her growing. Any tips? I’m in an Arizona climate so dry and low humidity.
