It's kinda cold here this week

So the leaves are starting to droop she’s not supposed to be watered until 6 days but my instincts say water now, any tips?

Why has nearly every leaf falling off this plant of mine it is fairly new to the house and my house is usually kind of cold but the lightest touch and the leaf falls the stems look really healthy. Help 🥺😭
