I found her G(rowth) spot! #maranta #marantaleuconeura #rabbittracks Check out the size of the new leaves my M. leuconeura kerchoveana is producing! She loves this north facing window. The difference between the older leaves and the brand new ones is INCREDIBLE!

Ive been using distilled water to water my prayer plant but I’m curious if it would be ok to use bottled spring water instead. Anybody use it with good results?

I’m pretty sure I’m about to kill this thing. It seemed happy when I first got it and put out several new leaves. Then one day it just stopped growing and started yellowing. What am I doing wrong. I didn’t think I had changed anything carewise.

We are far from unpacked, but we did a bit of organizing in the dining room tonight and it is now home to ten #LeafyBois (please send joy to Dorothy who is Deep in Complaint at the moment - I hope she’ll be happier here!).

Not even a week ago I changed my plants soil because of bugs... Now there's different ones in my soil how? Could it be from the bag of soil? Someone please help!!

This is a small rant about the condition of the roots of some plants that I bought has been. Something small plant stores have to do is to please not sell cuttings in huge pots as stablished plants. It has happened to me a couple of times that I buy a plant from a small store and when I go to check the roots they have either no roots or they have such a small root system I have to put them in water. I got Alice in a 130cm pot, and her root system was almost non existent. If I had left her there she could have easily died…. This is simply dishonesty in my eyes and makes me highly questions the store. #astromindthoughts
