Before and after… any suggestions to help my poor plant to grow better, I’ve been patient in letting it settle but as you can see the leaves are@turning yellow and the stem isn’t as green as it once was.

Can someone help me with my Philodendron brasil? I’ve had her for a while and this has never happened. I water her regularly and keep her on the windowsill it started to get yellow on the side that wasn’t facing the sun, so I turned it around d thinking maybe that side needs more sun but I feel like it’s making it worse. I received a Dieffenbachia from a friend and repotted it into multiple pots. Now some of the leaves are drooping. What do I need to do to correct this problem?
