#FiddleLeafFig Discussion

Could anyone help us identify what’s wrong with our fiddle leaf fig?

What does this mean?

Do I need to prune my fiddle fig? It’s growing like crazy and very healthy so I hate to do anything to it.

I cut off the dead parts of the leaves, will that help the leaves grow back healthier?

I know fiddle figs are drama

A few weeks ago I posted about my office FLF, and decided to make an adjustment for 5 days where he had indirect light through the blinds instead of direct sunlight and last Wednesday when I came into work I noticed, after having the blinds down, he had a lot of droopy leaves. So I decided to go back to leaving the blinds up and watered him that day. This week I came back to him with more about 8 or 10 leaves dropped. πŸ˜πŸ’€ I think I shocked him too badly. And now I’m heartbroken 😭 First pic is from the 18th when I made the post. The 2nd pic is from last Wednesday and the others are from today. The leaves he does have leftover look really good and there are no spots other than the edema so I really think it was from shock, but would appreciate any other insightβ€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή #FiddleLeafFig #FLF #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PlantCorner #BeforeAndAfter

Thin trunks, spots on leaves, leaves growing in smaller

Is it normal that my fiddle leaf has the bottom leaf drooping down?

Here is the story all about Francis. #FrancisTheFiddle Francis was my first β€œbig” plant purchase (first picture - the day I brought her home). She grew, grew, and grew. But her trunk was very weak. I decided to LITERALLY chop her in HALF earlier this year. She was a twig with roots, in dirt, for some time. I honestly did not know what to expect (last picture). But next thing I knew-she showed signs of GROWTH (these pictures will be in the comments). Then-LEAVES! She started getting leaves, more and more leaves. And now fast forward to today she is a sweet little princess - taking her sweet time and showing me patience! I am so excited to see what she looks like in a year from now, two years from now….and so on! #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #FiddleLeafFig #HappyPlants #HappyPlace #NewGrowth #PlantTherapy #BeforeAndAfter #PlantLove

My plant is a bit droopy. Why?
