Hello Plant Peeps. My Lipstick Plant only has 2 stems and is trellised like a vine. Will it bloom like this?

Does this plant look like a Dischidia oiantha? I believe it is but Greg app said it’s a Vining Pepemonia. It does not look like a rubber plant. Thoughts?

I've had it in a 4" pot for a couple months. When should I transfer to a larger pot?

Not growing and new brown spot :(

Leaves are shriveling and turning yellow. Many blooms too. I water every 2 weeks, bottom up. Any suggestions on what might be going on suddenly?
