My leaves have turned light yellow. Not sure if I have over or under watered

I just bought hoya but think something is wrong with it

Hi, my Pubicalyx has plenty of water. It looks so dry. Any thoughts? It was transplanted recently. I hate to loose her.

Is it good or bad that a couple of new leaves on my Hoya pubicalyx are coming in purple? I’ve heard this is a thing but it’s new to this Hoya. Last #freshleaffriday post for today. Hertha the #hoya is a work in progress prop. She's been working on building sturdy roots, but this is the first new growth she's gotten above the soil. Fun fact: her grandmother plant immigrated to the United States from Germany nearly 100 years ago!
