what type of fertilizer is recommended?

Hello, I’m rescuing this Mini monstera from propagated cuttings, anyway I could possibly get some leaves to grow on the bottom stems? help :(

Should i use supports on this plant? Or cut is back to make it bushier?

Anyone know what could cause my starter leaves to die off? The three leaves that are browning are the starter leaves, new leaves are growing in but now my starter leaves seem like they are dying off. What can i do to fix this?
