Any suggestions on what makes this plant happy ? Can’t seem to get it right .

I just bought this from Lowes today. Some of the leaves are yellowed. Soil is very wet. What do you all recommend? Or is this normal? This is my first alocasia!

I’m new to plants, but can anyone tell me what’s wrong with this plant? The leaves started browning last week.

So I got her today and she’s got a lot of baby’s shooting out, how do I propagate them ? Do they need to have roots on the cones already or not ?
