Is this normal?

My plants leaves are browning on the ends, any tips to save her? She was recently repotted, is the soil too moist?

paddle plant chop and prop update it has been 23 days since i beheaded this plant because of root rot. today i checked before watering, and... ROOTS πŸŽ‰ see original post if you are curious how this came about https:// #PropagationStation #ChopAndProp #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #SucculentSquad #HappyPlants

If my paddle plants leaves are soft and lil squishy, not firm, does that mean it’s been getting too much water?

reset so this happened today. thought i would make a post of it because 'chop & prop' comes up so often. (1) the stem of my paddle plant recently turned bright red. a couple of lower leaves also yellowed and began to dry. red is usually a sign of stress or lack of water in succulents, but soil was moist, not time to water (2) thought i would take a look at the roots, as the part above ground looked healthy. the off-color part at the base of stem is damaged/rotted (3) i sanitized a blade with alcohol and cut above the visibly rotted point, continuing to cut a little at a time until i saw fully clean and healthy stem (4) carefully removed two lower leaves for propping. new roots should sprout from these spots on the stem (5) dipped cut stem in cinnamon powder to prevent fungus and set aside, suspended in an empty pot to let the wound seal for a few days after that i should be able to bury the stem in dry succulent mix. will not water right away as there will be no roots yet to absorb water succulents are amazingly resilient! don't be afraid to chop and prop to reset a sick succulent early, rather than wait for major decline. will post again in comments as things progress #SucculentSquad #PropagationStation #ChopAndProp #PlantsMakePeopleHappy

Care advice

First-time plant owner! I just bought this adorable plant for my birthday and I’m so excited to help it grow!! It’s label says Flapjacks / Kalanchoe Luciae. Any helpful advice for an inexperienced beginner in caring for a plant would be greatly appreciated!

Is it ok that the leaves went from super close to all the way stretched out?

Is a grow light enough? I have the plant in an office. :(

Curling leaves?
