What’s wrong with my once gorgeous spider plant?

This isjust one of the spider plants that I wrote about. All of the plants get good light. I don't know how to fix it. Last weekend I trimmed the soggy roots and brown leaves but you can't tell by looking at them now. Should I remove from water to dry?

I,m trying to bring my spider plants back to good health. I trimmed the roots split into several containers water. However their roots are soggy and smell awful even though I change the water every weekend. He's me figure out what's wrong and fix it.

I keep seeing bugs around my spider plants. So far they haven’t done anything, but I’m wondering if there’s a way to get rid of them. We’ve already used chemicals, and I don’t want to give it too many chemicals, so is there a natural way?

Help!! I don’t know if I’m under or over watering her. I keep thinking maybe under because she is in super organic succulent soil. She was such a beautiful pup! Any advice
