So Greg says this is a ghost plant. But I’m not sure can anyone tell me if it is or not?

Should I water it? The leaves are getting thin/wrinkly, but I just repotted so I'm confused as to if I should or not.

Got to see my grandma today, we went to a local nursery & lowes! 😊 I picked up a couple plants of course… 1. Sedum Sunsparkler ‘Dream Dazzler’ 💕 I love the pink! Me and my grandma split this one in half, she also gave me another Sunsparkler that I posted a couple days ago. 2/3. A lil container i put together with a Hardy Ice Plant ‘sunset’ & sedeveria Letzia, the sedeveria came in a four pack & they all seem to have blooms starting to form on them. 🌼 4/5. Graptosedum ‘Ghosty’ , I’ve had these before but they died so i got more, they are pretty easy plants for me, and they grow pretty fast in the right conditions.
