I’ve had this about a month. Didn’t know much about it when I bought it. Is it supposed to get big or stay this small? Are they slow growers? Does it look like I’m doing anything wrong from the photo? Thanks!

My Japanese poinsettia had become a bit too leggy. What is the best way to trim it so it is a rounder fuller shape?
