Tips for #HappyPlants Aluminum Plant newbie 🤪

Just picked this guy up a couple weeks ago, and now all the tips of his leaves are browning.. Anyone know why he's unhappy? Chunky soil mix, with perlite, coco husks and regular soil. Placed on the window sill for plenty of sun. Water once a week.
