Droopy and browning leaves

Not sure what’s wrong with this beautiful peace lily but I’d like to save it! I water every week

My new baby! Came w/3 white friends!!!

Find a job that cares <3 My agency submitted a death in the family to my county's bereavement team. Received this beautiful and healthly lily from Costa Farms (and access to this app). Had no idea they could ship such healthy plants in weather like this! Delivered in a vertical box, with a heat pack, and wrapped carefully. Really outstanding. Now to watch my hubby keep it alive for me!!!

My Peace has pretty much died! I think I have over watered her. I’m thinking about repotting. Does anyone have any ideas? 😞
