My office FLF

Hello all! How are ya? Well I've got a picture to show you! About a week ago, I chopped Saharas head off because I needed straighter growth from her. She was crooked as the letter S. 😆 So I chopped her all the way except about 1' 1/2". (No leaves left) But I was looking at her today and was so shocked! She has new buds growing!! 4 of them!! Lookie!! She's growing!! #happyplants #plantsmakepeoplehappy #fiddleleaffig

My fig is starting to lean and the leaves are starting to droop or fall off. Any tips on what may be going on? I’ve had the plant for about a month and it’s still in the same pot..wondering if it’s time to repot?
