What’s going on with my plant?

I'm new to this and my plant is having a lot of yellowing on leaves, so I cut them. Now it's all droopy and totally hanging on to one side. How do I make it healthy?

everyone pray for my pink syngonium, she has some fungus gnats living in the soil and i accidentally put waaaay too much hydrogen peroxide in the water mix today- like 25% 😬 i didn’t realize until after the damage was done… she’s so healthy too!!! arggggg! #PinkSyngonium #fungusgnats
