Help save my Hydrangea

Hello new to here, how can I save this girl😭😭😭 We replanted it into the pot and it’s gradually turning from blue to this dried color…is it not enough water?? Or too much sunshine?

Is there a positively good way to move hydrangeas , this poor soul is in my front yard and need to move it next to or near by in my back garden, as this is much better and needed,. Marcell is in the back yard and looks great right now , here’s Marcell

My hydrangea hates me :( it was looking dry so I watered it according to the app. Then it was looking soggy, so I put it outside to hopefully evaporate some of the water, but that seemed to make it worse! How do I save it?

Can someone tell me what’s wrong with my hydrangeas? They are bouncing back with new growth, but I don’t know what I did to cause their trauma and I don’t want to repeat the mistake. On a side note: when they began to look bad I did some research and moved their location to where they have morning sun instead of the afternoon sun. I also have 2 pots of these and their troubles are identical. Thanks in advance! #GregGang
