Slow Grower ?

What a weirdo plant. He has one leaf that is half silver and the other half is not. Maybe it’s a whole new plant variety lol. Has anyone else ever seen this?

Leafs are brown on my Hoya Australia. It’s my fault, I left it out over night on the front porch and it got too cold. I think I need to cut it back but I need some advice please.

I have had this plant for several years now and I don’t think it has put on more than maybe two leaves but it also hasn’t lost any and has never bloomed. Is that normal or do I need to do something to encourage more foliage and blooms? Thank you!
