I just got a pearl Echeveria and I have no idea what I am doing any tips

Hey! Happy Good Friday!! My plant’s starting to break, would that be because it was in the sun to long? What is happening?

Can anyone tell me what is going on with my echeveria? This white powdery stuff developed since yesterday.

I found this one in my backyard and I wanted to revive it. Currently it’s living hydroponic but I will transfer it to soil once i figure out what to do with it’s roots or should I just started propagating it
