My Bonzie Willow tree is dying I think, I can't figure out what to do. Leaves are turning black/brown on edges and falling off. About 4, or 5 months old. Help please? I sprayed Neem oil on the leaves about 1 week ago because I thought it may be sick, seems like it made it worse. Last water was yesterday.?????

My plant is tilted. I've kept this plant for over a month or more and its ALWAYS tilted I keep turning it but it doesn't work. So any advice? Please, anyone.
