Walt has grown loads since I got him, however is now giving off very small leaves and has a very small root ball.... what can I do to help?

Plant is doing well has double d. since I got it going to replant In bigger pot soon.

Had for only a week and it is slowly loosing leaves and wilting! Any pointers, do I need to water it less often?…I’m currently watering once a week.

I just got this plant and the edges of its leaves are white. I believe that it was left out in the cold and that’s the cause. How would y’all suggest I fix/heal this little fella?
