What’s upsetting these succulents?

It's dropping sections like crazy! I git this plan less than 2 weeks ago and it keeps having sections fall off each day. I have one watered once and moved it to warm, direct sunlight for most of the day. Near a heater, so it that too much?

What do I do to make this happier?
