How do I make my fiddle leaf fig branch out?

I got this plant shipped last week and I have watered it twice-thrice since then, but the leaves are turning little yellow and crunchy, so did pluck these crunchy leaves and discarded. Is there any suggestion to make it healthy?

Fun Fiddle Leaf Fig Fact! #fiddleleaffig #happyplants #plantsmakepeoplehappy While doing some research making sure that I don't inadvertently unalive this "precious little angel" I come across this little fun fact...The fiddle leaf fig is native to western Africa and grows naturally in a lowland rainforest environment. It's a banyan fig, which means that it begins its life high in the branches of another tree, then sends its roots down to the ground where it slowly strangles the host tree to death. Umm ex-squeeze meee?? Kind of afraid to sleep in the same room!!

Sir Viv was already in a deteriorating state, then stuck into a storage bin that traveled from Florida to Pennsylvania over three weeks with no light. excited to see these green leaves at the top, although about the hole!

Edges of leaves are brown. Space in between top and bottom leaves. Seems like it’s growing taller though.

Is this leaf healthy?

I leave it outside yesterday now some leaf a brown what must l do

is it normal for my leaves to fall like this? it had lots of leaves when i first got it but it’s mostly thinned out at the bottom now
