What do I do if I think my dwarf umberella tree has root rot...how can I fix him?

Why is my umbrella tree losing leaves? I water about every 3 days until water drips out of the bottom and it is under a grow light for about 4-5 hours a day. What am I doing wrong please? The leaves are turning brown. The bark is still green so trying to save it. Thank you. #NewGrowth

I think I’m losing her 😭 I posted a while ago about her leaves turning brown and I repotted her, soaked her roots with hydrogen peroxide to stop some root rot and I’ve moved her away from the heater but she’s not having a good time and I don’t know if I can save her 😫
