I removed the rubber band from around the base of the trunk & fertilized him just recently but he’s not showing any signs of improvement. I’m worried

My money tree's shipping delivered him late. His leaves are all dead. What can I do to save it?

Can I just say thank you to everyone who recommended looking at your money tree and repotting it? I just did mine and had no idea there was a rubber band wrapped around the trunk. That has now been removed, Stella has been repotted, and will hopefully be happier!
