Has this happened to anyone else's plant before?

What is the meaning of this?!

I just woke up and i think there’s mold on my echaveria

Why is it turning yellow? May have been a little overwatered when first got it and it has been on a south west windowsill although not very sunny this time of year

please someone help me with this!

What the heck is going on?! I noticed yesterday I have a couple yellow leaves on my Echeveria Miranda, looks like leaf reabsorption, no big deal, leave it alone. I turned on my grow lights this morning & gently pinched one to see how it feels.

The bottom leafs of my lipstick plant are starting to look soggy and folding in. I have watered it less thinking that was the problem. Still not much change. I noticed this end of June. Any answers or suggestions?
