Ice plant turning yellow-brown, limp, and stringy.

When the fiance comes home with prezzies!!!!! One I have never seen before called Delosperma 'Jewel of Desert Topaz'

I got this plant a few months ago and now it has shrunk to a singular stem.does anyone know why this happened or any ways to revive it? #NewPlantMom

What’s wrong with my pickle plant?

Spiky is dangling it's gotten soft, the roots are dry I watered everyday or after two days but only on leaves and the soil was still dry also I've not kept it in sunlight it grew new leaves but started rotting again there are white bumps on its roots too
