My banana plant is growing lop sided 😩 any ideas why?

Hello, my banana plant is suffering. The leaves are turning brown. Is it the small pot, the need to sunlight, or over watering.

Hello guys, that Musa basjoo banana plant was neglected by my friend for while leaves turned yellow and brown I'm trying to rescue it, I located it near window added led light on top of it, gave it nice drink with organic plant food, keeping it in warm room, any tips or advices?
